Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Anhui Reallysec Information Technology Ltd. ("Company", "we", or "us") governing your access to and use of RST Marketplace and any associated websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a license, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.

RST Marketplace is a marketplace platform offering Splunk apps, license management, and related software services. The Service may include:

• →Evaluation and purchase of software licenses (Trial, Standard, Enterprise)
• →License key generation, activation, and lifecycle management
• →Customer account and billing administration
• →Documentation, support, and customer service channels

To access certain features you must register an account. You agree to:

• ✓Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• ✓Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others
• ✓Enable two-factor authentication where available
• ✓Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• ✓Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service and the software associated with your license type:

• Trial License: Free 30-day evaluation with full feature access for internal testing purposes. One trial per organization; not for production use.
• Standard License: Paid commercial license for the term purchased. Activated for a specific Splunk Server GUID and limited to the licensed node count.
• Enterprise License: Negotiated terms for larger deployments, including priority support, custom node counts, and SLA options. Contact sales.

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) on the pricing page and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and similar governmental assessments arising from your purchase.

• →Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms
• →Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
• →Subscription fees, if any, renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• →Failed or reversed payments may result in immediate suspension or termination
• →We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; existing paid terms are honored

We offer a 14-day refund window for Standard licenses that have not been activated against a production Splunk Server GUID. Enterprise and customized licenses are non-refundable once issued. Trial licenses are free and therefore not subject to refund.

To request a refund, contact support@reallysec.com with your order ID within the refund window.

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• ✗Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license key to any other party
• ✗Bypass or attempt to bypass license verification, rate limits, or security controls
• ✗Use the Service to upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• ✗Use the Service to engage in illegal activity or infringe the rights of others
• ✗Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content beyond normal browsing
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
• ✗Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it for others

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, content, trademarks, and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of Anhui Reallysec Information Technology Ltd. and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you except for the limited license expressly granted in Section 4.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as configuration data or feedback), but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, and we are not responsible for any data loss or service interruption resulting from your use of the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Anhui Reallysec Information Technology Ltd. OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anhui Reallysec Information Technology Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. You may terminate at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if required by law. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ends immediately
• Any outstanding fees remain payable
• License keys may be revoked for material breach
• Provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where Anhui Reallysec Information Technology Ltd. is domiciled.

To the extent you are entitled to consumer protections under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

• Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
